The entire customs process was completed in full compliance with local regulations, and the equipment qualified for duty-free import treatment under Mexican law, enabling zero-tariff entry. This preferential policy mechanism has significantly reduced the project's equipment procurement costs while demonstrating Mexico's strong policy support for new energy manufacturing investments.

The equipment arriving at Veracruz represents the core technological backbone of the N-type advanced solar cells production line, a next-generation solar cell architecture known for its superior efficiency and performance stability. The successful zero-tariff clearance not only optimizes the project's capital expenditure structure but also reflects the Mexican government's commitment to facilitating clean energy supply chain development within its territory.
